Only eligible employees who have an active Payd account can participate and receive referral rewards. Eligibility criteria are determined by Payd.

To refer a colleague, follow these steps:

• Open the Payd app and click on the Profile tab.
• Click on “Refer a Colleague.”
• Invite your colleagues to download the app using your referral code.

When your colleague signs up, they must enter your unique referral code during the registration (sign up) process.

Both you and your colleague will earn RM 5 each in referral rewards once the referral is successful and verified.

Referral rewards are processed and credited at the discretion of Payd. Priority is given to participants who have made transfers through the Payd app.

1. Eligibility:

• Only eligible employees with an active Payd account can participate in the Refer & Earn program. Eligibility is determined solely by Payd.

2. Referral Process:

• To refer a colleague, you must use the referral feature within the Payd app and provide your unique referral code to your colleague.
• Your colleague must enter your referral code during their sign-up process for the referral to be valid.

3. Referral Rewards:

• Both the referrer and the referred colleague will receive RM 5 each as referral rewards.
• Referral payouts are at the discretion of Payd and will be prioritised for users who have made transfers using the Payd app.

4. Reward Discretion:

• Payd reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referrals and the issuance of referral rewards.
• Payd reserves the right to change the amount of referral rewards at any time without prior notice.

5. Program Changes:

• Payd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer & Earn program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Payd app or other appropriate channels.

6. Abuse and Fraud:

• Any abuse or fraudulent activity in connection with the Refer & Earn program will result in disqualification from the program and potential suspension of your Payd account.
